These terms apply when you use AI SISTEM. They are written to be read, not to be impressive. If you use the service, you accept them.
AI SISTEM is a business tool. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and if you use it for a company or an agency you confirm you are allowed to act for them. When you submit a business, a website or a customer question, you confirm you may lawfully ask us to check it.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has them. What happens under your account is your responsibility. Give us accurate information — a report built on a wrong website is a wrong report.
A report is a sample of observed answers. It records the exact platforms we queried, the exact questions we asked, the date we asked them, and the exact number of answers we checked.
It is not a measurement of every AI conversation about a business, and it cannot be.
So, plainly: we do not guarantee that any AI platform will mention a business, that a Google position will improve or stay the same, or that a report will produce customers, calls, leads or revenue. AI answers may be inaccurate, and the same question can produce different answers on different days. Third-party platforms can change how they work, restrict access, or fail entirely, and that can change or interrupt what a report can show.
A finished report has a link that works for anyone holding it. If you forward it, you are choosing to share the contents. That is your decision to make and yours to manage.
When you place an AI SISTEM checker on your own site under your own branding, you own the relationship with the people who use it. You are responsible for collecting leads lawfully, for the accuracy of your branding, for showing whatever consent or disclosure your jurisdiction requires, and for following up lawfully. You must list the domains where your checker is allowed to run.
A telephone number a visitor chooses to give you is not blanket permission for automated outreach, and AI SISTEM does not send marketing messages on your behalf.
What you submit stays yours. You give us permission to process it in order to deliver the service you asked for — including sending the business information and your question to the AI and data providers selected for that report. AI SISTEM's software, interfaces, report design and underlying systems remain ours. If you send us feedback we may act on it without owing you anything for it.
We may suspend or end access if an account is being used unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that threatens the security of the service. We may change or discontinue features, and we may have downtime; we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Paid features are governed by the terms shown at the time of purchase. We are not making a promise here about any particular current price, plan, allowance or billing arrangement.
AI SISTEM is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the service.
Nothing here tries to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
