Data and deletion

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. This page explains how, and — just as importantly — what we cannot promise.

How to ask

Email 1870kg@gmail.com from the address on your account, and say which you want: access, correction or deletion. Signed-in customers can also raise it from the support area in the application.

We may need to confirm who you are before we release or delete anything. That is not an obstacle we enjoy putting in your way; it exists so somebody else cannot delete your reports or read your leads by asking nicely.

If you used an agency's checker

If you filled in an AI SISTEM checker on an agency's website, that agency holds your details as their lead. They decide how they contact you and how long they keep it, so contact them first — they are the ones who can act on it.

You can also contact us about the copy held in the infrastructure we run for them, and we will handle it with that agency.

What deletion does and does not do

Report links. A public report link works for anyone holding it. Removing a report may need to be a separate request, and we cannot recall a link somebody has already forwarded.
Disconnecting Google. If you later sign in with Google and then disconnect it, that stops future Google sign-in. It does not delete your AI SISTEM account or your report history.
Disconnecting an AI assistant. Revoking an Enterprise assistant connection stops future access immediately. It does not delete the reports or leads the assistant could previously read.
Security and backups. Some security logs, abuse-prevention records, audit entries and backups remain for a limited period after deletion. They exist to be checked later, so they cannot be erased on demand without defeating their purpose.

We do not offer instant one-click erasure, and there is deliberately no button on this page that claims to do it. A request that quietly leaves data in backups while showing a reassuring confirmation would be worse than telling you plainly how this works.

What we will do

We will acknowledge your request, verify it where necessary, and act on it within a reasonable period. Your rights vary depending on where you live, and we would rather not promise a legal deadline that may not apply to you.
