Privacy Policy

Effective 26 July 2026 · Last updated 26 July 2026

AI SISTEM checks what AI assistants and Google actually say about a business, and stores the answers as evidence. This policy explains what we collect while doing that, why, and who else sees it. It describes the product as it works today.

Who operates AI SISTEM

AI SISTEM is operated from the United States and reachable at 1870kg@gmail.com. Signed-in customers can also raise a request from the support area inside the application.

What you give us

Depending on how you use AI SISTEM, that may include:

A telephone number is always optional, and giving one is not permission for us or anyone else to send you marketing text messages.

What a report creates

Running a report produces evidence we store against your account:

AI platforms and data providers

The business information and the exact question you submit are sent to the AI platforms you select for that report, and to the search and business-information providers needed to produce the Google evidence. That is how the report is made.

AI answers are inconsistent and can be wrong. A report records what those platforms said when we asked, on that date. It is a sample of observed answers, not a measure of every AI conversation about a business.

Signing in

Today you sign in with an email address and a password or an emailed link.

If you later choose to sign in with Google, AI SISTEM intends to receive only the basic identity information needed to create or find your account: your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture if one is provided.

Signing in with Google would not give AI SISTEM access to Gmail, Google Drive, Search Console, Google Ads, Calendar, Contacts, or the ability to manage a Google Business Profile. We do not request those permissions.

Cookies and first-party storage

We use our own cookies and browser storage. We do not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts, and we do not sell personal information.

Security and abuse prevention

A free report is real computation that costs us money, so we take steps to stop one person taking unlimited free reports. To do that we process timestamps, request metadata, operational logs, a browser or device identifier, and a privacy-preserving identifier derived from the network address. We do not store the raw address alongside your account for this purpose, and we do not publish the rules that decide when something looks like abuse.

Report engagement

We record a small, fixed list of first-party events about reports: that a report page loaded, that it was open and active long enough to count as a genuine read, which major sections were seen, meaningful link clicks, calls-to-action, share actions you press, and PDF downloads where available.

Each event is stored with a random identifier your own browser generated, a broad device type such as “iPhone” or “Windows”, the width of your window, and the website address you arrived from — the site name only, never the full page address. No network address is stored with these events, and the identifier is not shared with anyone or used anywhere outside AI SISTEM. Automated link previews, such as the thumbnail a messaging app fetches, are marked as automated and excluded from every figure we show.

We do not record mouse movement, keystrokes, form contents, or session replay, and we do not build heatmaps. A recorded share action means you pressed a button; it does not prove anybody received or opened the link.

Agency-branded checkers

Agencies can place an AI SISTEM checker on their own website under their own branding. If you submit one:

Report links

A finished report has a link that works for whoever holds it, without signing in. Treat it like a document you can forward: anyone you send it to can read the report. It contains the business and the evidence, not the private contact details submitted with the request.

Connecting an AI assistant

Organizations with Enterprise access may connect a compatible AI assistant to read their own reports and leads. Those connections are limited to that one organization, are read-only at this stage, are revocable at any time, and every tool call is recorded. The connection cannot reach another organization's data and cannot send email or messages on your behalf.

How we use information

Who processes data for us

We rely on service providers in these categories: hosting and infrastructure; database, authentication and file storage; the AI platforms selected for a report; search and business-information providers; a website-capture provider; an email-delivery provider; and security and monitoring tooling. These providers may process data in the United States or elsewhere.

How long we keep it

We keep account and report information for as long as the account is active and the reports are useful to you. Security and audit logs, abuse-prevention records and backups are kept for a limited period after that, because they exist precisely to be checked later. We have not set a single fixed retention period for everything, and we would rather say so than publish a number we do not actually enforce.

Access, correction and deletion

Write to 1870kg@gmail.com, or see Data and deletion for how requests work. We may need to verify who you are before releasing or deleting information. Your rights vary depending on where you live, and we do not promise rights or deadlines that do not apply to you.

Security

We use encryption in transit, scoped access to customer data, hashed authentication tokens and monitoring. No service is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Children

AI SISTEM is a business tool for a general adult audience. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and post the revised version here.
