When somebody asks an AI to recommend a business like yours, a few names come back. This is how we find out whether one of them is yours. Step by step, with nothing hidden and nothing guessed.
That is the whole form. No account setup, no credit card, no questionnaire about your goals.
A plumber in Tampa and a plumber in Toledo get asked different questions, because their customers ask different questions. We confirm what you do and where you do it before anything is asked on your behalf.
Not keywords in the old sense. Full sentences, the way a person talks to an AI. "who is the best plumber in Tampa", "I need an emergency electrician near me tonight". On a membership you write your own. On a free report we write the question most likely to turn into a phone call.
We send those questions to the AI systems themselves and wait for the answer, exactly like a customer would. Nothing is pulled from a database of old results. Every answer in your report was generated while your report was running, and only the systems that report actually includes are asked.
We ask Google's AI, live, and then run the same question on regular Google Search so you can see both answers side by side. Being on page one and being named by the AI are two different things, and you should see both.
The full answer is saved as it came back. Not a summary of it, not our interpretation of it. The actual text, with the time it was captured. Everything in your report can be traced back to it.
For every question, on every AI: were you named, or weren't you? That is a yes or a no, and we show it as a yes or a no.
When your name does not come back, somebody else's does. Those are the businesses getting the call that would have been yours, and we list them by name. Where a provider returned its sources, those are shown too. A citation tells you what an answer leaned on, not what caused it.
We request your website the way AI does and record what happened: whether it was reachable, what it says your business is, and whether anything on it is telling AI to stay out. It also proves we looked at your site and not one with a similar name.
No confusing charts. No jargon. A straight answer. What was asked, what came back, who got named, and what it means for your phone. Genesys keeps every finished report in your Report Center; a free report is yours to keep and share too.
A score is somebody’s opinion with a number painted on it. You cannot check it, argue with it, or hand it to whoever does your marketing and have them act on it. These are the receipts instead. Every one of them something we observed and stored.
Word for word, as it was sent.
Which AI answered, named plainly.
The full text, unedited and unsummarised.
Named in 2 of 9 answers checked, and what those nine were.
By name, in the answers where yours was missing.
What the answer leaned on. Not proof of what caused it.
The same question, run on regular Google Search.
AI answers change. A finding without a timestamp is a rumour.
Genuinely. Open it and ask who the best plumber in your town is. It costs nothing and it will tell you something real. We are not going to pretend that is worthless in order to sell you something.
What one casual question does not do is hold still. It does not run the same question across the systems you chose and lay the answers beside each other. It does not put Google’s AI answer next to regular Google Search. It does not prove what your website said when a machine asked it. It does not keep the citations, the timestamps, or last month’s version to compare against.
One question tells you something today. A report is still there when you want to check.
A report is only worth something if you can trust the parts it doesn't say. Here is the honest line between the two.
You run a report when you want one. A membership opens more AIs and lets you ask your own questions. It does not watch your business in the background or send you alerts.
Let’s ask Google and Gemini. It takes about two minutes and costs nothing.
